I found this fish fillet recipe over the net. I just modified the egg dipping and added Maggi Magic Sarap. You can also make a mayo dip instead of sweet and sour sauce and I used cream dory.
Fish Fillet Ingredients:
1 ½ cups hardtack (bread crumbs)
½ cup calamansi juice
3 beaten eggs
Maggi Magic Sarap
Cut the flesh into small strips. Mash of calamansi juice, salt, and pepper. Dip fish in egg with Maggi Magic Sarap, and then dip in bread crumbs. Fry the fish.
