Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream Bright Fit | This is not a Make-up Expert Post

I am not a make-up expert. I don’t even wear make-up before, powder lang go na ko. But when I started working as a Private Tutor 4 years ago, I feel I needed to do something about my face and how I dress up.
There’s this one time when I was in Bel-Air Village, I was introduced to my students’ grandmother (the lola-soap-opera-look-a-like look) and she looked at me as if she was trying to assess if I’m a real teacher or not. From then I started to try – even a little bit to fix (fix talaga?) myself.
I won’t discuss everything in this post but I will share the one important beauty-must-have in my bag. My Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream Bright Fit (P798) with SPF30. It is also for Whitening & Anti-Wrinkle, and Anti-Darkening.

What is BB Cream?
BB Cream stands for blemish balm, blemish base, beauty balm or beblesh balm. It is an all-in-one facial product that acts as a concealer, moisturizer, primer, foundation, and sunblock. Most of the time I wear it alone or with powder, depending on my mood and the weather. If it’s too hot and I feel like a frying pan ready for the eggs to be cracked, I will dab some loose powder/face powder over my BB cream.
What I like about it is I don’t have that heavy-cake feeling on my face, I look so natural, and it’s easy and fast to apply. Super perfect for the TAMAD me. :D Another thing is it hides my blemish, pimple marks, and dark spots – believe me, Ang dami nila!
It evens and brightens my face, and it doesn’t look like I applied too much since it looks so natural – as if you didn’t apply anything. It has good sun protection which is very important and much needed for our skin. The product also comes in a squeeze pump tube that makes it easier to control.

I recommend this product for everyday use. If you want a full coverage on your face, use foundation instead.

  3. I've seen this cream when I passed by their store in SG. Then earlier this week, a (guy) officemate brought products from his trip to Korea and this BB cream was among them, again, hindi rin ako bumili. I think I need this to cover my blemishes. Thanks for the tip sis. :)

  4. I use BB cream also but I use a single brand at the moment and haven't tried other brands yet. It makes good coverage but mines a yellow undertone. It looks a bit light for my complexion.

  5. I have never used BB Cream before. Powder lang actually. Hindi din ako expert sa make-up but my beauty must have is a red lipstick. As in the super red one. Unlike eyeliners and other eye stuff na matagal iapply. Jusme! :)

    1. I love red lipstick din, pati pink pala, and nude lipsticks.

  7. I haven't tried BB cream cause I find it too expensive. I'm okay naman with Myra E Moisturizer then Maybelline powder. :) But might give this a try soon.

  10. I have been contemplating on trying BB creams. I've read a lot of raves about this. It's good that you have an excellent experience with this product. I just find korean brands pricey so I tried the local brands in vain. Eventually, I switched back to my hg cream. But maybe, when I swing by the mall, I'll try to buy me one. =)

  11. In my 36 years, lol, I've only tried Mary Kay some ten years ago. I was a part time beauty consultant then. Now, I'm back to basic soap and water. Aside from I always forget to do this beauty ritual thing, I also find them expensive.hehehe

  13. I'm hearing/reading a lot about BB creams. But ever since I decided to be a SAHM, my beauty/make up junkiness has been set aside. :(
I just used powder and a hint of lip tint. But when it's an above the ordinary lakad, I apply mascara and kilay. :)
